| My DR told me to take a womans mulit vitamin everyday, granted this would be something you should ask you DR, but it might be somewhere to start. |

Location: Texas | I drink Limu! I have tried and tried multivitamins and always get disappointed in them. I have finally found something that really works. And I am not the only one that Limu has helped.

Location: TN | I take One-a-Day Women's multivitamin or the immunity kind, depending on what kind of day I've had (I'm a teacher so if there's a lot of sickness going around I'll take the immunity kind). I used to take the energy vitamin and the one that keeps you mentally alert, but I couldn't get to sleep at night with those because my brain was running constantly lol. |

Location: Where we still run to look when the siren goes by. | skye - 2013-12-30 9:17 AM Ah! The latest studies show that taking vitamins is a huge waste of money. I got the cliff notes version of that from my sister so not sure what all the study was about but I *think* it was mostly talking about how joint, vision, strength, etc. “vitamins” are a waste. I don’t believe it included like a good multivitamin, but I could be wrong. I still take prenatals and my protein shake has A LOT of vitamins in it. I also try to eat a balanced diet with a lot green and bright colored veggies.

Location: North Dakota | I take a general liquigel multivitamin, and iron vitamin (my iron is low), a Vit B complex to help with angular chelosis (cracking corners of lips), calcium chew vitamins, and fish oil caplets for dry eye.
I spread these out throughout the day so they don't interfere with each other's absoprtion. I buy the liquigels whenever I can because it is better absorbed than a hard-pressed tablet or caplet.
I eat lots of veggies and moderate amounts of fruit (fruit still has sugar). Those are your best source of nutrients. |

Location: Somewhere between raising hell and Amazing Grace | I am going to keep taking all the prenatal ones even though we are no longer pregnant because they have what I need. I take a b complex vitamin for nerve damage, and a prebiotic chewables by fiber choice to help with digestive issues. Sounds like a lot but I've seen positive from all of them. Hubby even started the fiber chewables. |

| Nature's Sunshine Vitamins.
I take the following:
Supper Supplement
B complex
Vitamin E
Omega 3
Skelaton strength
Target TS II
Black walnut.
There is an herbalist about an hour away that done a screening and helped me know what vitamins my body needs.
