You have a lot of RUN on top and bottom of both pedigrees. These are Quarter horse and thoroughbred cross but hey can FLY.

She's out of a stud who is a cutter that I've competed against for years, goes back to Peppy San Badger...I didn't know a ton about the paint side of things which is why I asked, a lot of run on her Mom's side! Good to hear!

Are those the sire and dam of the mare she is out of? If so, I would take her based on that! We had a filly that was by Western Special and out of Owyhee on Deck. (So same as the pedigrees posted.) She was AWESOME however she want very tall. (which wasn't an issue. Just putting that out there.) Her name was Really Western and is the paint with that name on allbreed. She was a bay overo with minimal white. More than enough for regular papers, but not "wildly" marked. LOVED her.

Her sire is out of a Peppy San Badger stud, this is all on the dams side - the dam wasn't on allbreed so I took her parents and put them on here to see what kind of feedback I could get, because I wasn't familiar with the Western Special at all. She definitely isn't very tall (she's 5 now I think) but she's a quick little thing! She has no paint markings, just a cute little bay.

That's what I meant. The 2 pedigrees listed are the parents of the filly in questions DAM. Which would make her dam a full sister to the filly we had.
