We got a pair of babies recently (they're 9 weeks old right now) and I need to worm them. I've contacted the lady we got them from but she hasn't responded.... I don't know what's the best wormer for them at this age.

I honestly didn't look at the bottle to see what it was, but I got a liquid goat dewormer from my vet. It was very cheap. I just had to tell him the weight and they had it ready for me to pick up. I'm not sure how old my goat was when I got her, but she was pretty young.....still nursing.

Safe guard liquid is fine. Any feed store should have it. If their gums are light colored it has gone to far. A cattle pour on administered orally (it's an off label use so don't go around bragging about it) administered orally will usually turn them around.

This is my "go too" site for Goat information.  Safeguard has been safe for my goats. www.tennesseemeatgoats.com

I've used the safeguard liquid for goats also. It seemed to work fine.
