| I LOVE them!!! They are so CUTE and have great personalities...but they have food/intestinal allergies and breathing issues, sensitive skin and get bladder infections easily. If you have $$ for vet bills they are GREAT, if not...stick with something else or marry/become a vet. |

Location: East Texas | Buying from a reputable breeder can really help you out. My mother raises Frenchies and we have never had one be prone to bladder infections or have food allergies. They can have sensitive skin. My mom has only one that gets itchy skin during certain times of the year. Her Olde Engilsh is the one with the bad skin allergies. They are a snub nose dog, so heat is hard on them. Its best to keep them cool during the summer. But none of ours have to have medicine or constant vet care for things like that. The only thing that is pricey is the C-sections because most can't have puppies naturally. So if you do your homework, you can get one from someone who knows what they are doing. Most people don't want to spend what it cost to get a good one, so they settle on one from a breeder that probably isn't breeding quality dogs, and that's where the issues come in. Im not saying that sometimes you don't get a bad dog from a good breeder. But more than likely the ones with issues come from sub par breeding operations.
Here are some picturse of ours. Sorry the pics are so big.

Location: the other T-town, Oklahoma | I would post mine if I knew how.... I love my Diesel AKA Stinky Butt, if you have ever been around bully breeds you would know exactly what I am talking about. He was a rescue that was given to me at 4 years old, he is now 7. Guess I am blessed, he has no medical problems and has no vet bills in the 3 years that we have had him. He does have a bad eye, which occured before I got him. I bathe him about once or twice a week depending on how much he is outside with the horses. He is the official Wild Notions mascot and the NBHA OK02 mascot. He gets greeted before me! I would love to have another one in the future. One of the girls I work with just got a puppy and it is the cutest thing, I didn't get to see Diesel as a pup, but he did come to me house broke so I guess that is a fair deal. |

Location: Southeastern Idaho | We got ours from my small animal Vet brother in law. Romanowski (if you are a Denver Broncos fan you will understand the name) had a cleft pallet when born (common- according to bro in law) and was going to be put down at birth. My brother in law saved him (tubed him every 4 hours for months) until he was old enough to surgically fix the cleft. Anyway, he gave him to us. I have never had one before but I LOVE this dog. Big personality, funny, always wants to go with us (corrals, tractor, everywhere). You do need to be VERY careful they don't get over heated, can be hard when your dog loves to chase the 4 wheeler and his basketball. Fun dogs. I will never be able to afford one, so I would imagine Romo will be our one and only Frenchie. Besides I like saving not buying dogs. The first picture is Romo when we first got him and his toy pig. The second is a year later and we were boring him (we were working cattle and he was tired of waiting for us. )

| one of my favorite breeds, however that sweet face can break your heart in a hurry if you end up with one with problems. They can have plenty. They cost a pretty penny for a reason. |

Location: Where ever there's sunshine! | I love all of your pictures! I'm very familiar with the health issues of the bully breeds. I have a cat bull (3/4 American). He doesn't have any breathing issues but does have food allergies, sensitive skin, and my lord the gas! Lol he will need a friend when he gets to come home and I would like something smaller. I'm I love with pretty much all of the bully breed and don't think ill own anything else.....except for that lab my betrothed wants....hmmmm |

My SO has never had a pet of any kind unless you consider younger brother lol I came with 4 horses and 2 dogs at the time. He doesn't mind them and has even grown to enjoy them. I didn't think he'd ever go for spending that on a dog but he says there's no difference between a dog and a horse to him. |

Location: Southeastern Idaho | He is the funniest dog I have ever owned. When people say their dog is more human than canine I totally get it now. He runs us completely. Check out these pics.....I have a ton more, he is always doing funny stuff. Best thing about him is he LOVES kids and wants to be right in the middle of what they are doing. Scares me a little for him. :) Oh...and he thinks pillows were made for dogs. I always find him using a pillow whether its on our bed or on the couch. Cracks me up.
