| Does anyone use them? What are your experiences with them? Do they really help your horse at all? And when/where do you use them. Do you haul in them (that's where most people I know use them) And do they help at all with keeping your horse sound? Thanks! |

| I am completely sold on them. Before we were gifted (as in didn't pay for) the first pair we got I only knew people with sound horses that used them and I was kind of like ehh, whatever, nice idea but barrel racers tend to like the latest and trendiest. I probably still wouldn't own a pair if I would have had to go buy that first set to try them out but I tell you what those things are worth their weight in gold. We have used the hell out of them on everything from navicular horses, abcesses and everything inbetween and they make one helluva difference and they are surprisingly durable. They are still pretty spendy but ours have saved us a lot of $$$ in vet bills and they definetely make lame horses more comfortable. So, now I'm convinced if they make that much difference on a lame horse they must be pretty spiffy for otherwise sound horses also. |

| They are amazing!
One of my mares wore them 24/7/365. They made her happy and kept her trucking long after multiple vets gave up on her. They are awesome and I'm picky about products! |

Location: Riding Crackhead. | I love them and wish I had more. I've used them on my navicular mare while being stalled at the vet for 2 weeks to be A.I.'d. I've used them for my barrel horses while tied to the trailer on cement or gravel parking lots, I've also used them on my barrel horses if I'm stalled at a facility that has crappy stalls. |

Location: Minnesota | I tried a pair simply because I found them DIRT cheap on a FB page, didn't even know if they were the right size. They ended up fitting perfect. I use them when I haul, when hes standing at the trailer or stalled on crappy surface. My gelding is hesitant to even get in the trailer if I don't put them on him (he's a baby!) I would buy another pair in a heart beat if I found a good deal on them |

| Them puppies are awesome! I've used them on founder/laminitis horses, used them on horses with sprains, used them on one with abcesses. So worth it |

Location: Texas | Have a pair and really like them for certain situations. Really depends on what all you want them for. Great for trailering or when having to stall on concrete or if you have a horse with feet issues such as laminitis. Draw back... they are big, heavy and clumsy.
I also have a pair of Easyboot Trails and I find I use these more than the Softrides. Easy on/off, can ride in them, much lighter than the Softrides, can use it to cover hoof when treating a hoof injury, horse can be turned out in them, can buy pads to go in them, and they are considerably cheaper than the Softrides. EasyBoot has a complete line of different boots for different applications. Love them.
(Just FYI... My horses are barefoot.) |

Location: Kansas | They are literally the best thing I've ever bought for my rodeo horse. He does not have great feet and has missed quite a bit of time a couple years due to sore feet. Soft Rides kept him sound & winning through 2012 even when a farrier I used in an emergency put a size too small of shoes on him. I literally did not know he was wearing 0's until my regular farrier showed up to reset him and texted me about it. If Chance hadn't been living in his soft rides on the road, I'm sure he would have been sore by then with the smaller shoes.
He wears them in the trailer, in stalls, tied to the trailer, walking on concrete - I honestly walked him for 10 minutes in the Soft Rides to keep warm during the new years rodeos at KC because the bronc riding was taking much longer than I expected. I had warmed up across the street in the warmup barn then came inside to wait the last little bit but it kept taking longer and longer so I put his boots on and we walked in those. No point in soring his feet up if I didn't need to.
When I saddle him up and get ready to ride off, I'll unvelcro the soft rides so that if he moves, he'll step out of them and I can just pick the boots up without having to lift each of his feet individually. Well, that worked about 3 times. Now he freezes in place when I unvelcro the boots and he won't step off of them until I MAKE him. Just a guess, but I'd say he likes his Soft Rides.
My sorrel horse has good feet but I've hauled him a ton this year so bought him a pair after he won a monster check in the spring. He has gotten to the point that he keeps his feet planted on the boots when I unvelcro them too so I think they must feel good.
However, I have the exception to prove that horses like them. lol. My bay horse could really care less about them. He'll wear them but isn't in love with them like Chance. Granted, he has good feet and is really just one of those old TOUGH throwback style horses.....the kind you can use all day moving cattle and then take to the barrel race at night. He pretty much rolls his eyes when I put Soft Rides, a blanket, or any other barrel racer foo foo crap on him. He does like his PHT magnet wraps but that's the extent of the pampering he wants. |

Location: Wonderful Wyoming | I used them on 2 foundered mares while they were healing up to go to their new homes. Life savors for both mares (and I mean that literally). The 2nd mare I splurged and actually bought her the insoles for laminitis. I shipped her in them and when the new owner had her feed back under control with the aid of a great farrier and vet, she sent them back to me. |

Location: Idaho | We got our first pair of soft rides from the vet due to a broodmare being extremely lame due to no soles. When he put them on her, she walked off sounder then she had been in months. I was amazed. We rented them for a few weeks while we ordered a pair. She lived in those for over a month. Yes she tore them up a bit, but oh my gosh! She could run, she could reach, she was so happy! I know have 3 pair of soft rides I use on my performance horses when traveling, standing tied, etc... I hope to get a few more pairs this summer for my other colts or even for back legs, etc... Seriously, the best $200 I ever spent! |

| Ditto to what everyone else has said. We use them when stalled on concrete too. They are great to have in emergency situations too. You can find them used from time to time on facebook and BHW. I am a dealer if you want to buy new. www.karisleather.com |

Location: Washington | I love my soft rides! Mine get them on every time we haul, and stalled on hard ground. I notice a big difference when I don't use them vs when I do. But I can relate, because I can't stand on hard ground for long periods in the wrong shoes and then expect to not be sore. |

I've only done front, but I haven't hauled or gone anywhere stalled where I would need all 4. |
