Expert Posts: 1815	Have ordered a lot from there and always received my pkg in 5 days or less........but never did get any shipping emails........I always called, rather than use the online order form. I'm sure if you give Carolyn a call, you will get answers right away.......she has been awesome to work with

I talked with her this week and she told me my 3rd Martin Saddle I have gotten from her will be at my house Monday. She truly cares about all her customers.
