Location: East Tennessee but who knows?! | I had mine super short - like just a couple of inches. I needed a smaller hat. Been letting it grow out for a while now. It's to my chin.
Here's a pic from the summer while I was judging a horse show... I can't get used to my bangs, lol!

Location: Phoenix | I love my short hair. I always have dreams where I have long hair but then I wake up amd realize I could probably never do it again. I LOVE wearing cadet caps but cowboy hats don't look too bad either.

Location: lone star state | In the horse show world most women have short hair. Go to NCHA and AQHA and look at their award photos. Very classy.
It is simply a matter of personal opinion. Many love short hair while others like long hair.I think if you want short hair try it. As already mentioned you can get extentions if you don't like it and you can also donate your long hair to charity!

Location: Oklahoma | I love my hair short. I went from waist length hair to really short, and donated the hair to Locks of Love. They cut off 19 inches. I also almost never have a migraine anymore, either. I think the weight of my hair had something to do with it. Here I am with missroselee and WrapSnap when it was long:
and now when it's short: and here I am with a hat with it short: |

Location: Texas! | I cut my hair off a few years ago and I really liked it, looks super cute in all types of hats. It is WAY long again now. I missed being able to just throw in a pony and go..but my hair is super thick and wavy so when it was short I HAD to style it.

Diane you look so cute in short hair! I don't mean this offensive in any way but you look so much younger in your short hair. |

That's what EVERYONE has told me, so don't feel bad. They said it took 10 years off me. |

 Balance Beam and more...

Location: 31 lengths farms | I cut mine off about 5 months ago. For me worst decision at the time I could have made, LOL!!! I hate combing my hair, always have. With it long I could slap that stuff up in a bun and be out the door it 5 minutes, or do some loose side braid thing, slap a headband on and call it good. Never though about with it short that I was going to actually have to style it to leave the house, darnnit!!! Mostly I think I just really realized I do not have the face to pull off cute short hair . Good thing about it, it grows back... |

Location: Phoenix | If you do a long bob you can get it in a ponytail. That's what I do. But styling takes me 15-30 tops with drying and straightening. I'm at the point where I need to decide if I'm going to actually grow it out (I keep telling hubby I'll grow it out for our wedding) but I just can't fathom the thought of going through the ugly duckling length where it's just past your shoulders...ick! |
