Dilation of the salivary ducts/glands to remove stones or because of stenosis from chronic swelling. Has anyone had this done or had salivary problems?
Im going in to a specialist next week to get a CT scan done and see if that is the problem but that is what we are thinking right now.

When i was in xray school we did sialograms to detect stones, abscesses, etc. This is much less radiation than a CT scan. Don't even know if they still do sialograms anymore however. Not familiar sialendoscopy.

I will mention this to my doctor tomorrow! Thank you.
