I've been a member for 6 years. LOVE it! HUGE selection. You probably don't have to be a member to scroll through all their videos to see if you want to subscribe. IMO if its a horse video that's ever been made they probably have it! GREAT customer service too!

The only problem I had with it, was it was quite a bit of downtime when sending them back and waiting for your new DVD to come in the mail. They don't have hundreds of locations like Netflix does, so it does take awhile to get back to where you're sending.

This is very true. I live in TN and they ship from Washington state which is nearly as far away as you can get in the states. It does take about 6 business days to get a new dvd in the mail but I compensated for that by keeping the 4 dvd at a time membership so I always have dvd's coming and going. Its not their fault they are so far away....it just takes a while for mail to travel that far. I have been 100% pleased with them!
