So i will begin with chiro, teath vet check have all been done it is a training issue. So i will first tell you i can set a barrel up on a track and litterly run all out my horse will hunt the barrel a turn it hard. Then i go to the pattern i dont even run 1/2 speed and he hangs up at the back side of the turn or he starts to blow after he hits the back side. The more i try to stop it from happening, using. Out side leg or reins he starts to panick and blow more or he gose into my out side leg flowting. Wich if you new how broke my horse is you would see its just from him panicing not lack of training. He dose this only in 3 arenas indoor and outdoor and i can go 200 ft away to the track and go open him up and he turns the barrel on the track. So my ideas have been to try and re create what im doing on the track but i worrie i will make it worse and then be even farther from moving forward. I slowed him down for about 5 mo. I ride 6 days a week. He is rode out mostly untill the last month an it has been on the track doing long troting and lowping. I will not be able to get with a trainer till end of march. Please be kind no crapy remarks some times people just want suggestion please and thank you and have a great day. :)

Do you have a video? My visual image is not working today lol, anyways a suggestion my Mom had for me when my mare did something similar is to run up in there and slow to a lope or a trot and keep circling till she relaxed. Maybe also try taking him wider he might feeling claustrophobic in a tight turn.

I would like to see a video too. I feel like it's too hard to guess what might be happening without one.

From the sounds of your description and how you get nervous about it, my first guess would be that you are inadvertantly doing something with your riding to cause it. But that's just a guess without seeing a video.

Why is the horse panicking? Have you tried to hustle him out of the turns, have you disciplined him on the back side, have you hit him to hustle out of the turn. These are all things that could cause a horse to panic and bolt.

How long was the horse on the pattern, was he pushed too soon, is he blown up? These are also things that can cause a horse to blow out.

Also the saddle could be pinching him causing him to blow.

Bit could be causing discomfort,

After I understand the reason why the horse is bolting, then I would adjust my training to fix the problem. I would start circling the barrel a few times so he is not blowing off.

If it is only in competition, then I would sacrifice some runs to fix the problem

If your description is correct, it sounds like the issue is yours and with that, I don't think it would hurt to open that sucker up and run him as hard as you can at the first, sit down and let your horse work, stay out of his way and quite worrying.  Easier said than done but most of the time we are the ones that cause issues.   On the track if he truly is turning the barrel nicely, you must be more relaxed than in an actual run.  If this solely happens in a couple of arenas maybe try making a few circles in the arena before you start to get him "with" you and listening and then go, you may not be super fast but having a collected first barrel definitely makes the rest of the run flow.

Non of us are going go to fix your issue. Find a good trainer in your area, ride with them, having a good eye on you watching your hands, legs, seat also going over gear, etc. will be the best spent money! Good luck!
