Location: SW North Dakota | I got a samsung washer from Lowes. I have had no trouble with it at all. I wish I would have bought the matching dryer as well. I've had it for about 3 years. They also have a credit card that lets you pay payments on it interest free. |

Location: Do I hear Banjos? | Not sure where best place to buy is in your area. Watching for sales if you have the luxury of time.
But as to type...I now have a front loader fancy set. I think it's a big PITA and kinda miss my old top load junker. You can't put as much in or heavy stuff as it could bend the arm or put it out of balance. You have to wipe it clean between uses as if you don't the gaskets could mildew etc. Same goes for the soap tray/dispenser. It's just a bit high maintenance with not a lot of benefits over the old top load style. IMO |

I shopped around for the best price and ended up at Lowes and bought a Samsung front loader. Love it! I think it was around $700.00 on sale and it was the biggest capacity as I wash horse blankets and King Size comforters in it all the time. |

I would NOT love this - I'm sorry, but having to put a towel in the door to keep it from stinking is a serious engineering flaw! I'd LOVE to be able to wash large items like a comforter but I'll just keep taking that stuff to the laundrymat instead of messing with having to "wash" my washer out! |
