Location: Where ever there's sunshine! | I wanted to put him on renew gold but couldn't get my hands on any so I put him on forco. I haven't noticed a difference but were only 4 weeks in. I finally found out how to get renew gold and was just. Idiots about the differences |

What problem were you having that you put your horse on FORCO?
If your horse isn't having any problems and you feed FORCO you will keep his gut balanced so you won't have problems.
My horse was very gassy and had stools that were too hard. Took care of those problems.
There are so many different things that show up with a horse that has a gut that isn't balanced.
Many people give it as a preventative to gut problems.

Needed to add. We are at the end of winter and right now the winter coats are getting ready to shed off. You should see a nice bloom when your horse sheds off.
Supplements take at least 30 days to get into the system.

I was thinking the same thing...mine have been on for about a month and are fuzzy hairballs right now, so hoping when they get shed off, there will be some nice bloom on them..otherwise they are fat and getting sassier with each cold day of not being rode! |

Location: Where ever there's sunshine! | i put him on it when the grass died off and he dropped a bit of weight. His top line is coming back as well as his back side. I was just curious about the two products as they both talk about helping with digestion and gut health. |

Location: 31 lengths farms | I started feeding Forco last summer before I headed to Pendleton to my 3. My 2 main horses had no real issues, I started them on it because of the haul to Pendleton and had heard good things as far as limiting colic episodes. My 11 year mare has been an issue for the last few years, she got hurt a few years back, got an infection in her hock and had to be on antibiotics for an extended period. After the first month or so I didn't really notice a huge difference with the two I haul, though they did haul with no issues to OR and back and they don't' normally get hauled like that. But the 11 year old mare with her issues the difference in her was astounding! First thing I noticed was that the sarcoids on her inner gaskin and throat latch that she had had for about 2 or 3 years cleared up, I also didn't have to bute her to ride her for the first time since the hock injury, and she finally bloomed coat wise again and the very confident mare she used to be was back. I think the more they need what the product will do for them, the faster and more in your face the results are.
I feed both products also now. Granted we didn't have much of a winter here but my horses have little to no winter coat, they are outside with no shelter. I do blanket when it is cold AND rainy which there has been very little of the latter. All of them have a very nice rich color to their coats and even with the winter coat they are shiny. |

My horse's coat is also rich and shiny but it's hard for a winter coat to change after it's already been in and is now getting ready to shed out. That was my point. |

Location: Where ever there's sunshine! | Being that I haven't seen huge results, granted it's only been 4 weeks, that makes me feel like his insides must be pretty descent. As long as it's safe to feed with the renew fold I'll keep him on it. |
