| We FINALLY got some rain in the valleys and snow in the high country this last weekend! We received as much precipitation in 3 days as we have had in a whole year! |

| One good thing is coming out of all this mild winter for us. We are having campfires and smores and "foil" dinners almost everyweekend. I absolutely LOVE sitting out on my tiny property and pretending to be out in the wilds somewhere. It really relaxes me. |

Location: Texas | We're good here (in Texas). Finally warming up some. I can't believe I'm really saying that. No snow though. I'm trying to make it through the day since I'm off next week. Gonna spend all week with my family riding horses and going to Diamonds and Dirt. Need to shop at some vendors! |

I have done zero riding. I'm ashamed of myself. I have to get back into the swing of things soon. I'm becoming a cranky ol witch. |

Ugh...sounds like my house.
And when I don't ride I'm real cranky, which is why I'm going to hopefully catch up next week. :) |

Location: west of East Texas | After one of the coldest, most miserable, winters I can remember for us, I guess I didn't get enough. We are leaving at 8 tonight to drive to Colorado for a week of skiing. Then we'll get home Saturday just in time to run on the last day of Diamonds & Dirt on Sunday. Spring Break here we come!!!! |

| Right now, it's actually MELTING!! We are supposed to be above freezing for the next 5 days! Monday it's supposed to hit 60 degrees! I sort of rode in January when there was a foot of snow on the ground. I rode a few times in February until we had a big 3 day melt. That turned into an ice skating rink. I AM SO EXCITED that I get to ride! I rode last night, walk/trot only because there are still some slick spots. But I am on the warpath now for it to melt and be gone! |

No winter at all. It's been so nice but I'm a little afraid of what summer is going to be like? Hmm, hotter longer? LOL |

Or... you know how freaky our weather can be.... we get a horrible cold snap in April and it snows like it did on Easter 1999 |

Sucka. Supposed to be 14 here this weekend! I'm not doctor cleared to ride but I think I may have to sneak in a ride. Too hard not to when it's above 0. |

Location: Southwest Minnesota | We got another 5" or so of snow on Tuesday and then yesterday the wind blew about 25mph and was right at freezing, so rearranged it all and deposited it in the form of ice on the roads and drifts in my driveway. Twas an entertaining drive home from work at midnight last night. I am appreciating the warmer temps but would like no more snow. However, March is traditionally our snowiest month, sooooo.... |
