I'm wanting to switch grains and am leaning towards triple crown. My horse is ulcer prone and a fairly easy keeper. Who feeds TC

I feed it and love it. I would try the Low Starch for an ulcer horse.

consistent feed, great company, I've never had any problems with their feed. I use the low starch and the the complete feed my horses gobble it down like it's going out of style.

I love the Triple Crown 30% ration balancer.  Only need to feed 1-1.5 lbs to ensure they get all the vitamins & minerals they need.   If you need more calories, add a little Triple Crown Senior, Triple Crown Complete or even just some oats.

Thanks for the info! By me, only hunter/jumpers/ English type horses are on TC. I don't know any barrel horses currently on it

I feed TC senior ! LOVE it!! Best feed I've ever come across.. It's great for hard keepers .. Very low NSC too @ 11.7 % so I think it would be suitable for your ulcer prone horse :)

Just started feeding T/C Complete this fall and I'm very happy with it.  I have a 30 year old horse with fairly good teeth but has been a hard keeper all his life.  He has filled out on his topline a little and his flanks don't look as concave as before while on Senior feed.  I also feed it mixed with Nutrena Perform to my barrel horse who's an easy keeper and does not get hot on it.     Being beet pulp based it's easier to chew and I don't have to worry about soaking pellets to prevent choking.

I feed TC Complete! Everyone here feeds Renew Gold or Equine Pride, but I love TC! I've always had amazing results!

I probably wouldn't feed it to my hot mare, but my gelding does amazing on it!

I also do F1 for them and if you have ulcer probed horses that helps with ulcers too!

I feed TC Senior to the harder keepers. And the 30% to the super super easy keeper we have.

Most people are creatures of habit so they believe barrel horses need tons of starch from oats, corn, barley etc. And it's not true. High fat low starch is much much healthier for the horse. And you feed a whole lot less.

Love me some TC Senior
