I'm looking at a cremello filly that is double bred Mac Eyed Red Buck and by a Bar Passer mare.  Here is the stud's pedigree: http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/mac+eyed+red+buck don't have the mare's exact pedigree.  Too much cow blood? How do you feel about her conformation? Neck looks a bit too short to me.  Opinions? Link to sire's stud ad: http://www.pitzerranch.net/ranchStuds/twoEyedRedBuck.html

More pictures might help. This picture shows big booty, but I don't like the neck in it.....maybe a different angle. Plus, I don't know of any cremellos tearing up the barrel world.

Don't like the front end in the first picture. And don't like his feet in the second.

From the second picture. The horse looks average. Pedigree wise, I a, not a fan.

It all depends on what you want, if you want to make the NFR I would say keep looking, if you want to jackpot and are happy placing in 3-4d them go for it, if the horse makes a 1d horse great for you, it worked, if he doesn't if your happy that is all that matters

Yes, certainly matters what you are looking for exactly.......personally, wouldn't be my pick for a barrel horse.

Need way better pictures to really say if I like her or not, first picture sure shows a nice hip though! I've rode quite a few Two Eyed Jack bred horses and I love them. I've had great luck running barrels, roping and showing them. Every one I've had have turned into outstanding all around horses who compete easily in several events. And the two that I ran barrels on where consistent 1D horses around here.

I will try to get some better picturesfrom the owner.  I really love a cremello, and you don't find too many, so I'd really like her to work out.  However, I need something that has a chance at being competitive.

I commend the Pitzer ranch!! They have 5 panel tested most of their stock, and the Grand-sire of this filly is PSSM1 N/P1.  Before I bought that filly, I would have her tested for PSSM1.
