Location: East Tennessee but who knows?! | I have one that has pretty severe skin allergies every spring/summer. I'm trying him on DMG this year. I've seen the DMG work extremely in a horse with severe heaves. |

Location: ohio-in my own little world with pretty ponies :) | My gelding had an allergic reaction a couple years ago. We don't know what caused it for sure but were pretty sure he got stung by a bee. We keep Benadryl around in case it happens again. He sort of acted like he was going to colic at first, very lethargic, wouldn't eat or drink & then bam his whole face blew up and covered in hives. |

Location: Way up North | My Diesel colt does. Came on last year right in mid summer and missed a bunch of futurities because of it. Managed it as best we could and then I sent off serum for testing and I just got his full injection series today so we will be starting those tomorrow. He was really high on weeds, mostly ragweed which is everywhere here, and molds. I will also be starting him back on some herbs to help with inflamation and bleeding. |

Mine's was like that too. My husband informed me only my horse would be allergic to oats, corn, and ricebran  Those counts were pretty low but ragweed and juniper/cedar were over 1000 and nigrospora was over 2000 so we are thinking those are what caused most of our problems. He has so many he has two different injection sets to give. It's a good thing he is great about shots! |

Location: Texas | I have been giving allergy shots for the last year… It has helped tremendously! We are treating for 7 different things. Coastal is one of them, which is everywhere. There is a tree and a few weeds, along with carrots of all things. But the shots have helped, so he gets through the bad seasons with minor problems. Good luck with your horse!

My friend bought a gelding that she did allergy testing on. He's allergic to so many kinds of hay and feed I don't know what the heck she's feeding him. I think she's going to start him on the shots too. |

Its a form of vitamin B15 that helps the body utilize oxygen -- Thats how it supports the immune system and helps with allergies. Spring Time Herbs has a DMG 5000 that is really good and they have quite a lot of info. There is also a DMG 3000. |

Location: Beggs, OK | I have one that's allergic to WOOL, of all things! She is also allergic to Soy....so she's getting switched to Renew Gold next week. She has several others, but they aren't huge concerns.
I felt so bad when they told me about the wool allergy though. I have cussed her on several occassions for rolling on my saddles. Turns out that my fancy saddle pads make her itchy :-( |

| my horse has allergies, but not severe. i just put a scoop of this special feed into his normal grain as soon as it starts getting warm til the first frost. works well for him. |

| I've been using allergy shots on one of ours for 2 years now.. they are wonderful!! I use a really tiny syringe (Insulin type) because you only have to give a cc at the most just under the skin and the needle is so small I think its like a fly bite to them.. she never flinches at all.. she was allergic to a ton of stuff and has absolutely no issues since |

Location: Sunny So Cal | My horse has allergies, all I did was have Bob from THE make a supplement based off of her blood test and it cleared it up. But she also had environmental allergies. Always worth a shot. |
