Location: Texas | I'm going, which ever day its on lol. I live a mile from the arena they are having the auction at. I have been (& still am) praying that what ever happens the Lord has his hand over it and the right thing will happen with all parties involved (including latte). |

To bid, you need to arrive before the sale begins at 10am. recommend about 30 to 45 mins early. You will need identification. There is no charge to register, to be admitted to the sale location, or to bid. It is a public auction. Terms of sale, they are explained on the sale notice, ie : sale is for cash in hand. The successufl bidder must produce CASH or effect a wire transfer of funds from their financial institution to the Ellis County Treasurers office within 4 hours of the sale or the bid will be considered void. The Ellis County Treasurer will be on hand to assist the successful bidder with the wire transaction.

If this was my friend and I could be there, would I go there to support this friend? Doesn't matter which side you are on, you support your friends when they need support. If you don't, you aren't much of a friend are ya? |
