 Can You Hear Me Now?
Location: When you hit the middle of nowhere .. Keep driving | Has anyone ever shaved a cat? I want too.... My poor Nimba HATES being brushed and it's always a fight. I do brush him but he gets stressed every time. I noticed he's starting to develop a couple mats under his belly (mancoon) and I figure just shave him instead of fighting and torturing him for a lot longer to brush and cut them out. It would be over so much quicker. Not to skin but maybe 1/2 an inch long and not touching his feet, tail or head. I already know I'm going to need welding gloves at the very least though. |

| we do every year! She loves it (after we are done), turns into a lover. But they are ugly for awhile! haha. We leave the face, tail , and hair half way down on her legs. She has long white hair, looks a lot like a white Himalayan but without the smashed face. Ask your vet what you can give him to "chill" him out. and I just use our horse clippers. Be careful not to burn the skin with the clippers. We did that on accident our first time, got to close to her skin. |

Location: When you hit the middle of nowhere .. Keep driving | Well it's not working... Still lots of heat and tension over in the other thread. So much for changing the subject some. I do want to shave my cat but not the one Jennifer is implying. I prefer waxing for that |

My friend takes her to the vet & they lightly sedate the cat when they do it. And they do look like little lions when they are done. |
