We have to keep our tp in coffee cans with lids or else...But today he figured out how to get one out of a closed cabinet! I ave heard him trying to bang the cabinet door but did not know he was "hunting." We are

Location: Wonderful Wyoming | My Siamese cat did the same thing. She would have it in such tiny pieces you had to vacuum them up. We just kept the bathroom doors shut on her. Cat's can't smell a hunk of chicken right under their nose, but they know exactly where something is that you are hiding from them. Mine liked the cotton candy I would get at the store. She could get the cabinet open and gorge her fat little face with it. Wouldn't eat anything else off the place no matter what it was but loved ice cream, cotton candy and tortilla shells. Here is my lovely Madison.

Location: Wonderful Wyoming | I don't know, I think a lot of them do the toilet paper ninja thing. As for the cotton candy, I never actually gave her any. She either snuck some out of my hand or got into the bag the first time and ever since she can smell it even if I haven't opened the bag. She'll be 14 this fall. She went to peeing on all my rugs a couple of years ago so she has to stay in a storage room or go outside on nice days. I don't prefer it, but my husband had had enough of her attitude. Anytime she was sad, mad, or whatever she would go pee. Once on our bed and that was the last straw. Nothing wrong with her physically either that the vet could tell. I miss cuddling with her in the chair, but she has a sunny window perch and I give her cuddles when I am feeding her every day. She hates it outside (terrified of birds), but she needs the interaction with the other kitties and fresh air. |

| I have a black cat his name is rambo, when i get home have to pick his 15lb ass loves to ride on my shoulders. He loves to,open the kitch cabinet doors drag stuff around. Looks like i have had toddlers in my house. He is such a rat. Luv him. |

Location: North Dakota | We keep our bathroom door shut. Actually we keep all of our doors shut to keep the naughty kitties out of the bedrooms too. Our cats don't shred tp but they love to play hide and seek between the shower curtain and get into the closet that has an opening that goes into the back of the tub. We have one cat that pees on things when we are gone for a few days. She did it to the bed twice. We keep the door shut when we are gone but when we got home she came in and did it! I guess to show us that she was not happy we left. So we make sure to keep her out of the room all the time. But now this last time we were gone she peed on the sofa!!! So now she has to stay in the entryway when we leave. |

LOL my mom's flame point is like this! In fact, he rules over our queenslands and has learned to respond like the dogs. He knows come, down and up!
Hers will still shred the TP at five, so bathroom doors get shut. IDK why he does it because whenever I'm staying there watching the animals, I forget and leave the bathroom doors open all the time. He's never touched a roll while I'm there. |

Ugh, I wish I had the pic on this machine. The older heeler, the one I got my mom when her last dog passed, is really nervous around the cat because one day, when he was about 8 months old, the cat, who is a few months younger than him AND the newbie in the house, attacked the poor puppy while he was relaxing on the floor. Picture this: we're in the desert, I had a horse colic because the temps had made her not drink so I was at home watching her post vet visit. It's super hot so we're all inside with the cooler blasting. I'm sitting on the couch, Puppy is sleeping under the edge of the coffee table. Kitten creeps into the room, messes with me for a bit, then spies puppy. Hops over to the table and before I could grab him, dive bombs poor puppy. This guy is SUPER sensitve anyway, not at all like a hard headed heeler, so he freaks out and I make it worse by laughing so hard I can't grab kitten off him as they streak around the room. Ever since then, puppy has been SO leery of the cat! He'll never hurt him but he won't ever turn his back either. You ask him to go "find the kitty" when the cat's out and he'll straight up ignore you. That ****ed cat! He terrorizes the heelers but they seem to love or in puppy's case, at least tolerate him. I'd never trust them with anyone else's cat, but that one, he thinks he's a dog and will dang sure act like one! |

| Siamese are the best! Mine acts more like a dog also. She loves to ride in the car always jumps in it. She loves being outside and will fallow me everywhere just like a dog. |

| If you haven't already, you need to read the children's books about SkippyJon Jones. He is a Siamese cat who thinks he is a Chihuahua. LOL He is always in trouble for something ornery. When he gets sent to his room for time out by his mom, he looks at himself in the mirror and sees himself as a Chihuahua. He has all kinds of adventures as Skippito the Chihuahua. His mom always comes in at the end to find his room a wreck. The kids love these books. He argues that he is not a Siamese cat, but a Chihuahua that is not allowed to be himself. Haha Adults get a good chuckle from the books as well. The illustrations are great. There are quite a few books in the series.
