Is there such a thing? I love my Q Babys but that are HOT in the summer. Are there any brands out there that aren't as thick and hot?

I ride in shorts as soon as the temperature goes up.

Already ridden once in shorts. Cannot wait to get a tan either with sunscreen on them.

As soon as it warms up I ride in shorts. At a barrel race I wear shorts and change right before my run. I cannot stand to get sweaty in a pair of jeans! I have one saddle I can't ride in shorts with but my others are fine.

I started riding in shorts a few weeks ago. I can't stand to be hot and sweaty. I try to wear loose fitting jeans in stead of my tight jeans.

Cotton breeches or even cotton blend leggings. You'll look dorky but who cares if you're just at home! Also, the leggings are cheap as crap at Walmart or Target so if you destroy them... no biggie.

In the summer, I actually like to ride in my SO's thinned out 14mwz wranglers with holes in them! I just belt 'em on - throw on a tank top - and go! He's not supposed to wear anything with holes in it while he is custom applying chemical sooo I steal 'em!

I just bought some rock 47 and they are cool and comfy to ride in, I also like the wrangler "Mae" jeans.

I HATE wearing jeans in general, so I wear yoga pants at home. . . usually VS or target brands. Otherwise I sweat my butt off in Cowgirl Tuffs at shows on the weekends.

I wear cheap cotton pants from the mens dept at Walmart.  They breathe and don't stick to you, so much better in our 100 degree heat and humidity.
