If you wash your laundry in a front loader- don't overstuff it...

And if you do happen to overstuff it, you might want to check your pockets for used pentosan syringes.....

And if you happen to get forget to check your pockets, if the washer starts making an odd noise it might be a good idea to stop doing that important thing and check it out....

Let's just say I will be buying a new washing machine this weekend... the syringe (capped) somehow caught under the door and ripped the rubber seal away from the wash drum. It made quite a mess as water just leaked out at will.....oops? Apparently they no longer make this part anymore.... hubby had told me several times not to overstuff it... it was a blond moment I guess. Imma go with that.

This is why I have sharps and "biohazard" containers in my barn.  Alfalfa cubes in the washer are bad enough...  Btw, I thought they worked better if you stuffed them as full as they would go.

I would do that if I didn't board and had my own place... I usually throw them out capped, but  apparently this one hid in a pocket.

Really? I thought bleach killed all.... but I think we are buying a new one anyway so it doesn't matter...

I always wanted to get my money's worth per load.... water ain't free at my house! That was a mistake I suppose...

I'll just ask if I can have you look at it to check... isn't that what you are supposed to do to a nurse (even if they are a stranger in a Wal-mart)?

"Good. Can you take a teensy peek at this rash and tell me what you think?"

"We're in Walmart.................oh my, JEEBUS!! Yikes! You need to go find some acid to put on that!"

I was wondering one day why my purse was so heavy.... pulled out three pocket knives, a roll of electrical tape, vet wrap, a dewormer syringe and a capped needle that had been used. My boyfriend just shook his head.
