I've used olive oil and it is ok. But they do make coconut oiled reins that actually come that way so I wondered if it worked well to use on other stuff.

You can use olive oil and probably coconut oil, as well. The particle size may be smaller

) than neatsfeet oil. The main concern with both is that mice like the smell and flavor. If mice aren't an issue or concern, use away.

Don't use Coconut Oil on Tack!! It is not a liquid below 72 degrees. Because of this, it would be greasy on leather rather than really soak into the leather fibers. Every time the temp went below 72 you will get a white film on the leather. Olive oil works very well.

Imdont knowmwhat is in blackrock but it is good non greasy and leaves a finish on the leather.

Blackrock is great, but my favorite is Caldwell's Miracle Juice. Buy a big jug for like $30 and it will last FOREVER. I think I bought it like 6 years ago and have only used like a quarter of it and I am always cleaning my tack.

Do you clean your track first or just rub the miracle juice on?
