| This past week, I added two horses and one dog to our family. My husband's head did not explode, he did not yell at me and I'm thinking the end of the world is near. Rehoming the mini mare made him quite happy though...............
Anyway, there is a list of dog breeds that I have NEVER had any desire to own. Pretty much anything with a flat face, the bird hunting type dogs, corgis and CHIHUAHUAS. Nothing against any of them, but I am a SCHNAUZER PERSON. A Border Collie person, a Great Pyrenees person, an Australian Shepherd person...............
One of these things is not like the others, and I think he is staying at my house.

Location: Kansas | I rescued a Chihuahua once. He was standing in the middle of the road scared to death. When I picked him up he shoved his head under my arms and honest to gosh cried like a baby with real tears. I found a home for him. Thanks for your rescue efforts. Everything I have is a rescue. Five cats and two dogs. Even one ex-racehorse that was going to be shipped to the evil tracks in Mexico. That was easy though......he was beautiful. |

| My husband drives a truck. So, we talk more on the phone than we actually see each other right now. Today he asked me if I was keeping him......I said yes unless it would have a serious detrimental effect on our marriage. I asked him if he already had a truck stop girlfriend lined up..........according to him it's ok if I keep the dog since I gave him permission to find a girlfriend |

I think he is going to be Ocho since he makes dog #8. I don't think he speaks English. |
