This is for sale on Craigslist this morning for $1100. Now, why would someone want one of these? Just curious.

We have a breeder in our area that crosses them on longhorns and the meat is supposed to be really lean, and healthier for you than regular angus beef. Never had it, but that's what I heard.

I've seen his act a few different times.  Pretty impressive.  My brother had some Watusi's at one time.  He went through a phase of wanting exotics and tried his hand at bucking stock.  His mind was changed when a "pet" Brahma took him one day when he was feeding.  He's now back to normal cattle operation. LOL

Ok lol....now, how do you catch that cow? I don't think you can rope him or fit him in a squeeze shoot......just run him up an alley??? Do his horns fit in the trailer?

If I remember correctly my brothers bulls had their horns tipped I think is the word?  He must have had them in a trailer.  If you want one I'd suggest leading him by a nose ring.  That should work.

There is a whole herd of them about 5 miles from my house. They are supposedly really good beef, heat and bug tolerant (most African breeds are), and pretty docile. I haven't tested any of those theories...
