Location: Texas | I bought a new saddle and hopefully in a month or so will be truck and trailer shopping. We are also putting on a small country music festival at our ranch in September. |

Location: Texas | Despite a very crummy and upsetting start to this year, things have finally began to turn around.
We fixed/treated my barrel horse's mystery injury and we've been making a great come back. We won 2 nights of cow sorting and have picked up a check on the barrel pattern. Last week we ran the fastest barrel pattern at our playday. We still have more to give, but right now were building our confidence back.
Ive received confirmation ultrasounds for one mare expecting late March and another due in June. Now for a nailbiting rest of the year on that. This past breeding season was an emotional one.
This summer I've had the opportunity to train a fjord for a friend. I've had such a fun experience with him and am excited to say I get to start riding his sister next month. |
