What's the demand for a good all around kid pony and about how much do they bring? All around as in you can do breakaway, goat tying, poles, barrels, and anything else and be good at it.

The demand is immense, or at least in my area. As far as what they bring is anybody's guess, the good ones usually aren't advertised or even for sale. They usually get passed down through the family or there is a line waiting to buy them...When I was growing up we had two, never sold either one of them. We did free lease out both of them to two different families. The only reason the free lease was an option for us is because we continued to see them on a very regular basis at shows, so we knew they were doing well.

We just bought a good one off of a friend of mine for $2500 but with shipping etc I have a little over $3000 in him and he is TOTALLY worth it. I have heard several around here bringing $5000 and such but most good ones I think stay in the family or with close friends. I bought him with the deal that she gets him back if he is sold.
