I got nominated to go to a He Paid Your Fees 1-Day Clinic and get to go for free. And normally I don't win anything. :D I'm just curious, but how are Lynn McKenzie clinics? I've been to a week long Marth Josey clinic and loved every minute of it but in this clinic we only get an hour riding time since it's just a 1 day clinic. Has anybody else ever been to these and did you really benefit from it?

I have been and did learn alot. Her way is different from Martha's. I've been to Josey's too and prefer Lynn's method.

I like a lot riding time and we do have an open arena early morning at the clinic but the horse I'm brining is new and I'm really getting a good foundation on her. And just today she was cantering small collected circles. Which I was so proud of. But she's off the track and has more go than whoa but her whoa is getting better everyday. And she does stop on her butt just not at a run yet. Do you think with the way she trains and only an hour riding time and getting to see our competition runs that we'll be able to canter at the end of the day? Because I'd just like her to do at least that and make the barrels tight like she does at a fast trot or slower. She just won't canter the barrels just yet.
