24 year old guy here in town.  He was in great physical shape.  Just got married and had a new baby, then BAM.

I've seen a handfull of 25 year olds. There's usually a strong family history.

Hmmm... ok yeah that doesn't help lol I was hoping for some reassurance that I'm just being paranoid.

So I'm 25 and a couple of weeks ago at a rodeo my left arm started tingling, I had shortness of breath, and was burning hot. I got kind of freaked out about it but didn't tell anyone because, I mean.. I'm 25 and I would look like a hypocondriac. ha ha..

So I'm at work today and it's happening again, but again, I don't want to call my doctor and have them tell me to go to the hospital if it's nothing because I have a $5,000 deductable.

Last time I was in for a check up I had very high cholestoral for all three categories, but I'm in really good shape and I eat pretty healthy so they told me not to worry about it.

*PS: I know I sound like an idiot for getting on BHW and asking about heart attach stuff when it could be happening lol

That same stuff happended to me, I finally relented and let my wife drag me to the ER.  It wasn't a heart attack but it was pneumonia.

I'll say this. Most of the time, it's stress that causes symptoms like this in someone your age. You could be drinking too much caffeine....drinking too many Red Bulls.....smoking incense or bath salts lol idk. I'd bet money, if you don't have a strong family history that it isn't your heart, BUT it could be. I'm going to go with it's best to get it checked out by your family doctor.....and, work on lowering your cholesterol through diet changes. You may need a cholesterol lowering medication in the future.

Most women don't have the same symtoms as men for heart attacks.  Not saying it can't happen, but of the women I know who had heart attacks (and lived to tell about it) said their symptoms were:  headache that radiated to the jaw, bad stomach cramps with what felt like heartburn or burning stomach, pain high in the back, between the shoulder blades, pain in both wrists at the same time.. things like this.  Again, not saying it can't/won't happen the same as men.

I would really try to so something about that cholesterol, it might not be of concern now, but it WILL be later.  You should check out Plexus for that.

Yeah they were both over 80. Feeling much better now! Especially now that I know to lay off of the bath salts. That'll hopefully do it ;)

It was mostly constant pain from my neck down thru my arm, pain in my chest when I moved.  Hot and sweating like crazy.  It's been a year or so...I don't really remember that well.

I was freaked out about the cholestoral and the fact that I'm pre-diabetic (I'm 5'4", 125 lbs, and mostly muscle.. not over weight) but my doctor made it sound like I was over-reacting just asking about my lab results. My dad is my size and has about 5% body fat and has high cholestoral and pre-diabetic so I'm not sure if just how we're meant to be or what...

I guess not your heart.....could be your gall bladder though or the bath salts lol.

If it keeps up, go get checked out by your doctor.

All of that has a great deal to do with genetics!  You for sure need to check out Plexus now.. it was developed for Diabetics to control their blood sugar.  This product would be of tremendous help for you and your dad to prevent from turning diabetic!  That is all I am going to say about the Plexus, contact me if you are interested in more info (I am not a pushy sales person, so when I think I am being one.. I back off).

My gall bladder has been on the fritz for a couple of years now... this could be more symptoms?

Yes. If you have known issues with it, that's where I'd "guess" it's coming from. Of course, your doctor would check you thoroughly and rule out heart issues, etc. Sounds like you need a check up.

I've seen those too, but they ususally have an underlying condition, such as cancer, sickle cell, etc.
