I'm looking around for one for my son. What's the best suggestion you have? He's only one but he will be riding soon enough. Least by this spring. Hopefully! Anyways! Do you have any pics? Or where you got them?

Start with a 10". It should last several years. My daughter is 6 and is still riding that size with room to grow. If you can, buy a used one from a better quality brand. I bought one on here
(10" Allen ranch
) and one on a FB group
(12" Shiloh Jerri Mann
). While his legs are short, it works better to use dog collars or English leathers in place of the fenders because they will bend around better and be more comfy.

Corriente 10 inch buckaroo rough out. Best kids saddle we have. Fits minis and big qhs rough out helps them stick and the buckaroo model sits them much deeper. They will outgrow the fenders before the saddle so we will get 12 inch fenders. I think the kids are more secure in the buckaroo then in the barrel saddle model but both are good saddles and won't break the bank
