Subject: Free flow hot walker exercise program?

Location: California		Help.  My dream came true when I got my free flow exerciser.  I love it and it is all you would hope it would be. BUT...I cannot find out what a proper exercise program (legging up) and maintenance program would be for barrel horses.  What is too much, what is not enough?  Anyone out there have one and know this answer.  We feel like we are just guessing.  The only advice I got from the dealer was make them go til they start to sweat (?)

I really don't know. All I would assume is treat it similarly to you riding. Start slowly then increase. Like, how would you leg up your horses when riding? I'm really jealous though because those hot walkers are so neat!! Good luck!
