| Bully Bullion - you can't argue with how successful his daughters are producer wise when it comes to battle horses. Takin On The Cash -like Bully he is a very prolific broodmare sire. |

| ...........................................
When breeding speed event or race horses you have to look into the FUTURE AND NOT THE PAST . .. TUFF competition and HIGHER speeds are the name of the game now and the NEXT 20 YEARS ... what once was fast is not true today or in the coming years!!
Your top dog as a sire will work out to be the top broodmare sire of the NEXT decade usually after he dies in his 20's is when all of his mares are old enough to be producing the most foals and a larger number of them go to the barrel pen or broodmare band after their racing careers.
KNOW YOUR BLOODLINES .. the two longest continuing sire lines also eventually turns them into the top broodmare sires are these two quarter horse families ....
DASH FOR CASH FAMILY through FIRST DOWN DASH with DASH TA FAME as the highest earner of barrel monies as a sire or coming broodmare sire ......
and..........
JET DECK through EASY JET sire line to TREIS SEIS and MR JESS PERRY with JET DECK and EASY JET as the highest earners and broodmare sires ..
IT IS THE NEXT 20 YEARS YOU HAVE TO BREED FOR TODAY ....
THIS IS THE CURRENT 2013 RACE TRACK SIRES AND BROODMARE SIRES BY MONEY EARNED ... so breed as close as you can afford to these sires bloodlines FOR THE BARREL HORSES IN THE FUTURE!! ....

Location: God's country | Mine is a little different. My favorite broodmare is by Strawflyin Buds. I would take a pasture full like her. She has PLENTY of speed and passes on an awesome work ethic. The Tinys Gay being in that line doesn't hurt either, IMO. She is bred to Epic Leader for a 2015 baby and then is being bred to Blazin Jetolena. I would love to breed her to DTF to get more Tinys Gay in the foal. I also think the DTF mares are excellent broodmare prospects and I also would like an Ivory James or PYC Paint Your Wagon mare. |

Location: East Texas | Shawne Bug is my number 1. I have 3, 15yo daughters of his, and if I could find more I would buy them in a heart beat, they never throw a colt that I dont love. Dash Ta Fame is second. I dont have one yet, but I have plans of that in the future. BA75 - I never got the privilage of owing a daughter, and now they are all pretty old, but I have rode some colts that were out of daughters and they were extrememly taleneted and nice. |

you know I have a very soft spot for my Strawflyin Buds mare! I am going to breed her in 2016 and am debating what to do. I also like how they have Tinys Gay in their pedigree. I am hoping I can get the money together to breed her to Dash Ta Fame. Otherwise I am not sure at all what to breed her to.
To answer the OP's original question- I LOVE to see JET OF HONOR on the bottom side of a pedigree!
I also think Stoli is going to make his mark in the barrel pen as a broodmare sire.
I also agree with the other posts. Can't go wrong with any of the above! |

Location: OH | I know that he is not a real known broodmare sire, but we have based our broodmare band around a sire named Flat Busted Broke. He was a grandson of Leo and we bred to him for quite a few years and saved the fillies for future broodmares and they are turning out to be bang up producers for us, just as you would expect from the Leo line. |
