Location: Oz, Kansas | this has been then most exciting, nerve racking, emotional series I've ever watched. These guys defied all odds and made it to game 7 of the World Series. And how bout that Finnegan kid making history pitching in the College World Series & the MLB World Series in the same year. Be Royal & Take the Crown.

It was a much needed blow out to get our confidence back up. Neither team is going to go down without a fight & this game tonight should be full of energy & nerves. |

I remember when Finley bought the KC Atletics and had a scragly mule for a mascot. Since Missouri Belgian mules were highley valued, it was a insult especialy coming from a Damn Yankee.
BOO! HISS! |

Location: Bastrop, Texas | Fantastic Series.....best I've seen in about 23 years. Both teams were evenly matched and played the game the way it's supposed to be played. I wanted the Royals to win, but I'm not dissappointed with the outcome. Baumgarner was "lights out". |

It's no wonder he was MVP of the series. One run in 3 games pitched?? In the freakin' world series???!! WOW.
I'm sad the Royals didn't win but DANG was that a good series to watch. Evenly matched teams and some of those moves made in game 7??!!! OMG those guys you could tell WANTED it. I love watching games where you can tell the players are all out passionate about doing their best. |

Being an All-State and college Juco All American softball player, I can sure appreciate some good baseball! I have to agree with HBL, I really wanted to see the Royals win, but that Baumgarner won me over the first game I saw him throw! Then when TurnLane said he was a team roper and best friends with Walt Woodards son.. well that sealed the deal. I hope he keeps his humbleness, that will carry him far in life!
