let see low cal deserts and CANDY

chocolate peanut butter balls taste like a reese

1 8oz  low fat cream cheese  walmart brand 30 calories per oz room temt

2 cup  hpmemade powersugar  zero calories    

4heaping tablwspoon peant butter   arom  400 caloroes depending on brand

cream together  rool in to 1in balls freeze
melt 3 block  almark bark  dip
1tbs 80 cal

enjoy

you make it ur self , i use great value fake sugar   1 cup  plus 1 tablespoon cornstarch in blender  for about 2 minutes plulsing

= 1 cup powered suga but zero calories

i love sweets but due to this wheelchair no exercise so this way i can have my sweets within reason
