| Heritage will be at the convention centre, they have posted in the past where they will be located.
The sands has always posted their vender list close to the date, i believe this is where running roan has been in the past.
South pointe I have never seen a vendor list,
MGM I don't go to as it is NRS
When you walk into sands, convention centre, they will have a pamphlet with a map of all vendors |

| Running Roan will be at the Sands Expo- I can't remember what booth. Not sure about the other ones but I think they posted it on their facebook pages. There is one at the Sands, MGM, and South Point. (I think...there might be one more that I'm forgetting, too.) PLENTY of shopping for me!! OMG I can't wait! It's like the Mall of America JUST for horse enthusiasts!!! |

Was it that obvious? I guess I'll go ahead and let the cat out of the bag..... I plan on buying enough tack sets that I'll never have to be photographed in the same one twice!!!
I'll be there the 8-11th, but only going to two performances... Just not sure which two yet! |

Location: Iowa/Missouri | There is also shopping at Mandalay Bay. It just dawned on me earlier today that the NFR is just a little over two weeks away. For some reason I didn't even realize it. Not sure where my brain has been. Can't wait to go shopping! |

It's creeping up fast... I am the "travel agent" of our group and I usually have every day planned out with activities.... But I pretty much just have shopping, shopping, shopping and more shopping planned! Oh, and I wanna give the zip line a go! |

Location: Red Raiderland | Where do y'all recommend getting a decent hat? Like a 10x felt. I want it fitted exactly for my "dome" and shaped while we wait. I always wear just a cheap one and liked to get a fairly decent one at one of the booths. |

Maybe Shorty's will be there?? If I had extra money for a nice hat I'd have one if theirs!!! |

Last year I got mine from Steve and Dicki DePaulis. They have a booth in the Mandalay Bay. I always lost my hat before, and tried on lost of different ones, but all didn't fit right. Until I got to their booth, I tried on a couple and again... didn't fit right.... but.... then, I started talking to the man that was shaping a hat. And he told me he could fix my problem. Well, turns out he did.... I found a nice Stetson, and he raised the crown almost 2 inches! And not it stays on without stampede strings or anything!!
Here is their website: http://gearupnorthwest.com/

Location: North Dakota | I want to know if the deals are THAT good OR if it's just that you can put your hands (or butts) on the items before you buy.......I'm really in it for a great deal. AND do the vendors only have one location? Will Double J be available in more than one place for example??
First time to the NFR, so much to see..... |

Personally, I'm a Star of the West fan...I don't think Brad goes down to Vegas though! His shop is located in Rapid City, SD. Great guy to work with, super good quality in his hats and very reasonably priced.
If you're set on someone who will be in Vegas, I'd look for Greeley Hat Works, JW Brooks, or Shorty's. Have had Trent from Greeley shape my hats before, and also had him build a block to put in an ill-fitting hat to improve it! I haven't ever met or worked with anyone from JW Brooks or Shorty's, but have heard great reviews.
If you really want something fitted EXACTLY for your head, be prepared not to walk out with a hat. All those guys will build you a custom hat from the ground up. If you're set on walking out with something, they will probably have some shelf hats available, but the fit may not be as precise. |
