His first crop hit the ground last year.
Everyone I have seen pictures of were super nice. I would love to have a colt by him out of a FWF mare.

I absolutely love him. But I didn't have any luck getting my mare in foal to him. Almost $3000 and two years of no foals down the drain.

The only bad thing they dont breed after june 1sr. We had a bad winter and my vet had a bad time getting mares to cycle as of last of march we had snowy/sleety weather. I lve in virgina vet said all mares where tricky this year. June 3rd was heavy in heat they said he was tired would mount and he was acting like a gelding and they turned him out. They did however rell me they where not breeding after 1st of june i was dumb thought theynwould take care of mares they had. My friends that do live cover they will not take new mares after a certain date but will take care of what they have contracted with. I have know them for, years and that is what they did. My friends have avery nice stallion and he diid over live cover and he was like 22nd on all ages list. We wher only a couple of days over there date. When they told me i needed to,get frozen and my vet is not capible of frozen. I am like everyone else live a million miles from every one. But when my mare was a coupe days past they did nothing to help me that question how tired he was when i did my order. I just have to,believe what they said. My mare was nice enough that the corona cartel stud imhave a baby by sent me a free breeding. She is nicely in foal.

I appreciate the interest in Triple Vodka's colts that just hit the ground in 2014.  his colts have been super and he has foals on the ground by some of not only top race mares but leaders in the barrel industry as well to include the multiple $100k slot winner IRA Grand Victory, Sissys Little Coin.   Plus leaders in the industry such as Brittany Pozzi, Talamadge Green, Shiller Ranch and more have mares in foal to him......As far as breeding season the standard season for race horses is Feb to June 1. That is 5 months of heavy breeding on these stallions due to their book and when you get to the end of May it is too hot for them and you need a mare that is cycling in order to tease them to collect for AI that is why we have Frozen available for any breedings after that time and for international shippers.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me or visit us on his Facebook page

He is a very nice stallion. His babies look really nice too. That's why I was incredibly disappointed with the entire experience. Snazzy, why do they ship him at such low motility? It was a huge letdown for me to get those shipments and pay a lot of money and never get my mare in foal. I could never get a straight answer from The Heberts. They got very defensive and upset with me for asking about the quality of their shipments. Maybe it's because I wasn't a well known breeder. But my stud fee was paid nonetheless.

I really want one myself, but it would depend on the quality of his future shipments. I also foal in May and hate trying to catch one on a foal heat so in my case it would just depend on if the mare foaled early enough in May, that I could still catch her on her first regular heat cycle before June 1st. And then I would only have 1 shot at it. So how does one go about a contract when the mare may or may not foal in time for the June 1st cut off?

Just do frozen, then it wouldn't matter.  You'll have it when you need it that way..  And Margy knows her stuff.
I had no idea it was normal for the June 1st cutoff.
Between ourselves and the vet I help during breeding season, we have bred to several race studs that stand in TX and OK over the past few years.  The ones we've used have all collected/shipped until the end of June.  And they all have pretty big books.
An early cutoff makes it hard because up here, mid May into June, is peak breeding season.   And it's hard to find vets up in this area that are proficient in the use of frozen semen (although I am lucky to live within an hour of two of the vets that are good with it).
ETA:  I'd love to have one of these foals, it just didn't work out with my mare.  Someday I will just have to try to buy one that's already on the ground.  I am a huge fan.

He shipped at a very high rate of motility last year after making shipping adjustments the first year when he was over extended in shipments. I will be glad to provide you with Dr Cramers number who will verify this and the quality of his shipped and frozen semen. If you ever have a problem
with the horse or Heberts please contact me directly. I will make sure you are taken care of. As for the breeding year that is customary time frames for all race horse barns and horses breeding a high number of mares. You can't expect a horse to jump every other day all year long and as stated before frozen is available. He is my horse and if you have ever stood a stallion you would understand the physical demands of being collected every other day indefinitely during the year
