Location: In the land of peanuts and cotton | I started making home made bath salt last year. I made all peppermint but this year I want to try new stuff. The peppermint was great for sore muscles and I know lavender is good for relaxing but I hate the smell of lavender and some people hate peppermint. So what's some other oils I can use that smell good but have benefits as well.
Also what's a good oil to use for migraine relief? I have medicine but as often as I'm getting them I don't want to know what all kinds of chemicals I'm putting in my body. |

There's a little organic health store in the middle of no where, where I live.... we don't have a walmart or McDonald's but we have this store lol anyway, I get mine from them. They have different kinds but I don't know what to get and the woman that owns it is a little weird so I don't ask. I can't remember exactly how much the peppermint or lavender oil is but seems like it was pretty high. |

The heath food store in Shawnee have very knowledgable people. I would suggest finding a little hole in the wall health food store, not GNC or chainstore. The vocational college in town has class to take also. The healing factors of natural oils I think is the name |

| I started on young living oils not long ago. I like Peace and Calming and Valor.
Frankincense is good for dry skin, stress, depression, and pain.
Peace and Calming is for meditation, relaxation, and anxiety.
Joy is for Romance, stress, anxiety, restlessness, and irritability.
Check out Pinterest. Lots of goods on there about oils and their uses.
As for the type of oils I would look for anything that is therapeutic grade if you plan on ingesting them. I picked up a cheaper bottle at of anxiety relief at a local health/wellness store and it said right on the bottle "not for internal use", that to me screams bad quality and not "pure". |

Location: Bandera, TX | Panaway, it's a YL EO blend for your headache. Someone has already said it but Ill say it again-Lemongrass for a smooth smelling bath salt. Great for this time of the year. It's properties of vasodilation, anti-inflammation and strong anti-bacterial, fungal, parasitic really helps to fight winter time nemesis to healthy living. |

| I use young living, Ill try to mention some not already sudjested.
But there is so many that are so nice. Ive been diffusing the Christmas spirit, it would make a lovely bath.
clove would also be good.
capaiba would be nice if you were sore / injured for the swelling it smells like fresh cut mild wood i acatualy really like it.
Wintergreen for mussle sores.
RC or ecualyptus would be great for a relaxing bath if your really congested.
Just as an FYI the citrus oils and Joy are photosensitive, so just use caution and common sense there. I absoultly can not live without orange ans grapefruit lol
And another caution pemperment can reduce milk production if you are breastfeeding. So careful with that too
Feel free to pm me if you want more info
