His owner is on here and posts pictures of his babies regularly. They are very good looking and smart. I think he is a very affordable stallion with excellent lines. |

| I really love what he is producing on different mares. Love the balance and short backs and gorgeous shoulders he is throwing, His foals are too young to say how they will do on the pattern, what we do know is these are some of the easiest foals to work with, they are good looking, have great minds. They have one heck of an engine on them and they seem to have height.
Whether you breed to him or not if you like him or not....that is ok. If you have a foal by him. I accept such appraisals of what he throws because only you know if the results of the breeding were successful, so far everyone with one of his foals is happy and in love with the foals from Howelling Corona.
many are breeding back to him this year, to me that speaks volumes!
With this Christmas my husband and I are so very grateful for another year here on this earth.... A few of you know about our journey this year....I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer this year...my husband was diagnosed a month later with bladder cancer. After surgery and Chemo....we are both doing better but it has been a challenge, these foals have been the highlight of my year. Even during the worst chemo (Adriamyacyn/cytoxin) seeing our own foals and all his foals being born has brightened every day even during the darkest moments.
This stallion Howelling Corona is the culmination of over 30 years of breeding for speed conformation and the large heart gene, his dam is a double copy mare of the x-factor gene
Seeing him become a broodmare sire is a dream we hope to live long enough to see realized.
We are so grateful to those mare owners who took a chance on a yet unproven sire. I am grateful each day for the blessings he has brought into our lives. Sometimes it takes facing your own mortality for one to see the joy in the simple things in life.

I am so sorry to hear about your daughters Cancer......but so happy to hear she is in remission! So happy for you and her. I will pray she stays in remission for the rest of her life. God bless you both for being there for her. I can not imagine dealing with one of my children with cancer and at such a tender age.....(((((((hugs))))))))
Thank you for choosing to breed your very nice mare to Howelling Corona....I truly believe you are going to love the foal you get out of this pairing....they look very well matched. She is gorgeous! Love her breeding too.
We are so very blessed to have wonderful people we have gotten to know....and other wonderful people we are meeting/getting to know here.
First time breeders.....I have to say you are doing things the right way. Seeking guidance from others more experienced. There is a wealth of knowledge on these boards...but just like anything else you may need to sift through the information and just keep what speaks truth to you or what makes sense to you and discard the rest.
I wish you all the best and look forward to helping you in any way I can.
Have a wonderful Christmas and a blessed New Year!

thank you for taking a chance on an unproven sire..his foals this year have been gorgeous and so easy to work with. And I am sure your foal will be the same....he ships very well, and 85% of the mares bred through AI took the first insemmination.
Please please keep in touch with me and let me know how your mare is doing during pregnancy and of course lots of pictures of the foal growing up....after all they are my grand foals giggle....
I have no grand children so these are the closest I have to grand kids LOL.

Wow such very kind words....what a wonderful statement. As both a stallion owner and mare owner I have been on both sides of breeding....I know how difficult it can be at times dealing with stallion farms or even with stallion owners who can not be bothered with many questions or even return phone calls.
I have learned that I want to be there for those mare owners, I want to make the process go smoothly and at the end of it....they have a wonderful healthy gorgeous foal to work with and train and enjoy for years.
I am humbled as well as very grateful for all the mare owners who have chosen to breed to this boy...I feel blessed indeed for those who made the decision to breed to him and for the friendships that have continued after the foals are born.
God is great and wonderful indeed..... |

very refined. He's got some substance to him, don't get me wrong, but he looks every bit the part of race horse. |
