I'm looking at a saddle that was apparently ridden by a shorter person.....they cut the end of the stirrup leathers off :(

Has any body replaced the leathers while keeping the original fender? If you did how much did it cost?

They can be ordered at your local tack shop or on line.you will need to drill out the rivets and replace with new ones.

I just bought used fenders from Teskey's for 125ish last year for mine.  Full tooling and spots, you can tell they are not the originals if you really look but I love them. They keep a couple pair in stock on the floor only. They are easy to switch out.

That is a regular request at my saddle shop. It costs about $80-100 depending on whether or not you have a two piece fender (fender and leathers are separate pieces) or a one piece (fender and leathers are all one piece).

Thanks for the replies, It's a 2 piece with rivets. I'm hoping they could save the fenders, its an older well used saddle and New fenders would definitely stand out.
