Location: Here | Merry Christmas from PHT Products. I want to take a few minutes and tell all of our fans, friends, family, customers, reps and more, what a special job we have here at PHT. I never dreamed I would have the ability to interact with such a variety of people. From owners, that love that one special horse with all their heart, owners that want the best for their 4 legged friends, trainers, breeder...s, jockeys, that simply want the best for their customers. I love getting to interact with the Moms, Dads, Grandmother, Granddads, Aunts, Uncles, and more that have no clue what that crazy horse person in their family is talking about but they want to get it for them. The stories and interactions are something I do not take lightly. The journey of some of these horses and dogs are nothing but incredible. Some have no special story or journey other than the person whose care they are in and are trying to help them and care for them. The late night phone calls of a person in tears not knowing what to do and how to move forward from an injured horse. Some have happy endings, and sadly some do not. I strive to help them with a knowledge base of vets, therapists, farriers, etc in their area. I share with them what I would personally do. Sometimes it is simply having someone even a stranger understand what they are going through. Sometimes I have answers, sometimes I don't. But I want each of you reading this to know this, We care at PHT. Even if we do not have the answers, we strive to help you find them. I have been able to create a team to provide the best products we can to you. I am thrilled at with our production staff who go above and beyond with every piece of product that is produced. They love their jobs as much as I do. They are horse women who have the same passion as many of the rest of us do. Our Rep Team is growing and they are people that have used our products, know our products and can provide you the best customer service out there. When we started this journey, my goal was to bring the best made in USA products I could put together and bring the best one on one customer service in our industry. I feel we have stayed true to that vision. We are excited with the response to our new product lines. The feedback has been wonderful. We will be adding more products to that line in the very near future. We love to hear feedback of what the customer is looking for in products. Some of it we can implement and some we cannot. But never the less, we want to hear from you. I have rambled on long enough, but I want each and everyone of you reading this to know, we appreciate your business, your belief in what we do, and thank you!!! Without you, none of these would have been possible. Please travel safe this holiday season. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!  |
