ive tried with all this makeup and ive watched videos on youtube and even went out and bought the same type of makeup. anybody have experience with this and can tell me something i may be doing wrong or what i can do? thanks!

I already have my dress :( it seemed like it would be easy to cover. If anything I guess I can just keep it covered with my hair.

I thought they made a specific type of makeup and that it was fairly expensive.

What about doing a swoop hairstyle on your big day. Huge curl and bobby pin it so it stays over that shoulder. Very classy way to cover it, and then maybe try a good concealer as well.

Speak with a mortician, that makeup can cover up nasty.

Also speak with an airbrush makeup artist, very expensive but flawless

There is some kind of heavy makeup - maybe stage makeup? - that my aunt used on her wedding to cover a tattoo on her shoulder. She had started the process of having it removed but since it was still there she covered it with makeup. She's pretty tan and got a spray tan too so with all that and the makeup you couldn't see it at all and she wore a sleeveless dress.

Kat Von D foundation covers up tats pretty nicely, or it did mine. I did have a little problem with it sweating off (wedding was at 2 pm, 98 degrees with 90% humidity) and had to reapply once or twice.

I forgot about that stuff!! Someone else mentioned that before to me. Where can I get that? Our wedding is Oct 3rd in the evening so it is more likely to be chilly than hot

I second the Kat Von D tat concealer. You can get it at Sephora. Since you have a while until your wedding, swing into a Sephora store between now and then and they can help you pick out the shade you need. Sometimes that's easier than guessing online. They'll probably suggest a setting spray to make sure the concealer stays on the tat and doesn't rub off on your wedding guests when you hug them. I like Urban Decay's setting spray, also available at Sephora
