Has anyone tried this? Someone told me that they had been doing this for 2 years and have kept the weight off. I didn't question her about it much, but after looking at the reviews I'm not sure if it is worth looking into or not. I need an easy plan that doesn't take a lot of time and it seems like this would take a lot of prep work.

I'm not sure about this, but I did do a detox thing for 21 days. Nothing but fruit and veggies and then 3 days of the liquid mixture to flush out everything. Since then, I found it easier to eat healthier. I'm not big on diets, but this 21 day detox thing really helped! So eating healthy and minmal exercise works for me...minimal by riding a lot and a few crunches and squats here and there :)

I'm not familiar with this diet, but I will suggest looking into avenues such as Paleo if your wanting to maintain health. Eating right should never be seen as a chore, fruits, veggies and protein your set! Best of luck!
