Location: Texas | When you were 20, if you could afford it with no stress would you get breast implants? I'm purely just curious to see peoples opinions. Thank you! |

I am very lean built, and I think if I had them done, it would look pretty fake.
To each their own though- I don't think there is anything wrong with plastic surgery. |

If you were to ask me when I was 20...I'd have definitely wanted them. I spent my younger life wishing the boob fairy would come. But...now that I'm 40...I am very glad I didn't have the money to do it. My girls are smaller but they are real and still "perky". I have not had children so maybe that helps.
The gods honest truth is that I never had to wear a constricting, uncomfortable, hot sports bra to ride/compete. I can buy all kinds of cute clothes and not have to get them a size too big in order to accommodate the girls. These are things I hear my more endowed friends complain about a lot.
I have always been thin. And I have come to realize that I look pretty darn good. Bigger girls or not. I wish I could go back and tell 20 year old me not to worry so much about size. There are way more important things in life!
But...for those who have them...and those who want them...do what makes you happy. I am guessing it's one of those things that you get what you pay for. So get references on the doctor and hospital...dont bargain shop! and be sure it's what you want for YOU.

How would your insurance pay for an enhancement? I have the wrong insurance, ha! |

Location: In The Snow, AZ | I would have done it at 13 all the way up thru current (26). I have always been insecure and it has unfortunately never gone away. It has nothing to do with pleasing a man. I have been with my husband for 8 years, and beyond happily married for 5 of them. We have a beautiful 5 year old daughter together. I have an amazing, blessed life. I know God makes us perfect in his eyes. But that can't change a personal insecurity. I would do it in a heart beat. |

Location: sunny california | I took my son to a plastic surgeon. this guy is famous and been on tv. he was a big time dr. anyway my son needed his ear fixed. this dr was flirting with me! trying to give me procedures, just to get me to come back. my son said it was because he probably doesnt meet many ladies that are happy with themselves. it was definately my happy personality he was attracted to. this is what my son said. I am not like a super model or anything like that, in fact quite flat chested LOL
so to answer your question no I would not get them. I might if I had a job that would enhance my earning potential. not just stripper or model LOL but might for a sales job |

Location: Eastern OH but my heart is in WV | In my 20's - NO, NO, NO, NO! However, I have always felt mine were a nice med. size.
Now in my 40's- YES, YES, YES- I just want them back were they go though
On a more serious note, my friend's daughter had it done. The daughter had one breast smaller than the other. She was very happy with the results.

| If you had asked me before I got pregnant, I would have said yes. But seeing these things swell up and having to deal with them, I am glad that naturally I'm just a small c. I don't know how ladies put up with huge boobs..these suckers hurt! |

Location: Oklahoma | I've never needed mine done, but had some friends get them (just to look proportional, not like a xxx star) and they look great. I'm 25 and confident (for now atleast) with what I have..... ask me in 10 years after I've had kids and I'm sure I'll be wanting something done.
Kinda unrelated, but related. It's not a boob job, but a nose job. I want a nose job desperately, but I know that my husband wouldn't be in love with the idea. I had a friend get her deviated septum fixed (she had an extreme case... constant nosebleeds, loud snoring, migraines, always stuffy) and had some complications and said it was the most painful thing in her life.... that was reason alone to not want to get mine shaved down.... it's purely cosmetic and I don't want to take the risk. |
