Location: Where the nostricles are ginormous! | Wondering who of you have ordered arenas as a package from a company, and from whom did you order?
So far, I've researched Priefert, Southwest Equine out of Marietta, OK and Red River Arenas out of Coleman, TX.
Wondering, if you have any of these brands, if you're happy with them? The Priefert is the most expensive, with Red River close behind and SW Equine considerably lower priced. All are galvenized and panels being used are comparable...10 foot panels, 16 gague, 60+ pounds. |

Location: floating down a river | we have a Southwest equine. We bought it probably 5 or 6 years ago now. Very happy with it for the price. I couldn't justify spending the money when we just practice and have steers and calves. |

We bought ours probably 10 years ago, we have put it up, taken it down and reset it when we moved. The panels have had a few rungs that the welds have broke but that is it. I am like you for the price it was fantastic. We were fortunate to buy ours before the price of metal shot up through the roof. |

Location: Carpenter, WY | we've had a Southwest Equine for about 12 years now. Hubby went down and did a little customizing adding a couple of more 16' gates and made the return alley wider. It is the square tubing and has a automatic chute. Has held up really well over the years and would recommend their willingingness in the cusomizing area and the product :) |

Location: Wyoming | Just bought a Southwest for Christmas on recommendations from a friend that has them On both of their properties in Nebraska and Arizona. Was going to wait until Spring cause we have a foot of snow and -35 wind chills but they had a Christmas deal so went ahead and bought one and its sitting waiting to be set up. They delivered right to my home 80 miles from town with 22 miles of dirt road. They were great to deal with and I researched a lot couldn't see spending a lot of money on a practice arena also. |

Were your friends Randy and Lana Peterson?
Thanks so much all for the suggestions. We're most likley going to go with SW, as they make regular deliveries to the area we need it and we can split freight with others.
Thanks again! |

Location: Tenn. | Do any of you all have photos of your arenas by chance? My husband and I have been looking into a Red River Arena, but would love to see some pictures of your arenas from Southwest Equine. |

here is a short video clip that you can see the panels close up. Keep in mind they are about 12 years old. We added a 10' return alley and extra large stripping chute and holding area enough to keep about 12-15 roping cattle in and 2- 16' gates at each end to drive through in case of emergency. I think the inside area of the arena is 280x200

Location: lone star state | We have a red river. Make sure you get heavy panels and chute if you plan to rope very many steers. Ours is lite and falling apart in high traffic areas like stripping chute and gates. Chute came apart really fast and had to be modified. |

| We have the 150' X 250' Team Roper Pro from RedRiver, we absolutely love it, it was relatively easy to put up and it has held up really well! The customer service was great, the guys were all super nice, I would not hesitate to do business with them again! |
