Subject: PM message stuck in outbox and wont "send"

Location: Northwest		I have two messages that appear to be stuck in my "outbox"-one from two days ago and the other from this afternoon. Why won't they send??

Location: CTX		You did send them. They will be sitting in your outbox until the person you send them to reads them. So no problem.

I don't know WHY it isn't  explained on the PM screens so everybody knows. New posters get on here and ask that all the time because it seems like they aren't sending.
