I have a impressive and skipper w bred mare that's a great barrel horse. I'm wanting to breed her this year. I know a lot of people don't like impressive horses but this horse has proved herself to me, but she has the the build of a impressive horse blocky built little legs and little feet and 14.3 hands. Has anyone had a good cross with these bloodlines? Or what would you suggest. I was looking at some mr Jess perry stallions.

Do you know any that are successful in the barrel pen either themselves or the sire of? I think there are quite a few Dash Ta Fame sons who have proven to be successful either themselves, or the sire of. Better to go with the known rather then try to reinvent the wheel.

Also you should look at some of the Firewater Flit sons out of race bred mares. You might help the foot and under pinnings
( legs
) more there.

I agree with the Dash Ta Fame sons, just be picky about the maternal side. I would look at either Famous Bugs or Eddie Stinson.

I like the idea of a Firewater Flit son. Chasin Firewater or Firewaterontherocks would probably be good options.

Actually just printed contract for French Ta Fame today. I was wanting to stay on the lower price range because of shipping cost. Let's say 1500 or less. I've not chosen him yet just went a ahead and got contact.

It seems that firewater horse are the best advice as of now. There is a stallion within driving distance of me. His name is firewater special. He's special effort on bottom side.
