Location: Oklahoma | Drop Wall!!!!! I looks like it frees up more space, but then again I've never had a LQ trailer. Curious if there are any negatives?? |

Location: Keeping up with the numbers! | I like the idea of the sofa on the drop wall if you have a small dinette on the side wall before the kitchen cabinet. |

I guess there is some possible storage space lost to the "steps," but IMO the pros outweigh the cons.

| I was told the drop wall sofa would be shorter than a sofa on the side wall. So, if you are ok with the sofa being shorter, it would be fine for you!! I, personally, like the idea of the sofa on the drop wall. :) |

Location: 100 miles from Nowhere, AR | How long is the sofa on the drop wall? Most people need to be able to use them for sleeping. I had a 5' SW that was done that way to free up space, but it didn't fold out and wasn't big enough to lay down on. |

Very interesting... That's what I was worried about. I would certainly be using it to have someone sleep on.. If it were my mom or a lady that I haul with I can see where it would be okay, but if it was my husband taking the trailer on a hunting trip....I just don't see my 6' brother in law fitting on that! I guess it would depend on how wide of a trailer you were getting? |

Location: Buffalo, TX | These are about 10 1/2' short walls, but I'm making mine 11' for a bigger bathroom. Yes, the front sofa makes it roomier.....the sofa along the drop can be the normal 72" with 16" wide steps or 70" with 18" wide steps... |

| Drop wall, I was tinkering with a floor plan and had put the couch on that wall. Glad to see it works. |

Here's a similar floor plan. The couch is fully functional. http://www.horsetrailerworld.com/home/trailerdetail.asp?ID=708203 |

It is a sofa sleeper that pulls out. |

Yes, this is the correct plan...nearly all of the trailers out there with this floor plan are sold, so I guess that's a good sign that people like it... |
