I have never really seen her make a run in person or online so I have no clue. I have seen her videos from her fb for wheelchair wednesday, huge props to someone that has enough want to keep going with something so major holding her back. I would assume if she wasn't deserving of being there she wouldn't be an exemption, but from what I know she has never proved herself like most other exemption have. I just really don't know much about her horse nor have I really seen her ride.

I dont know but its a race and I have seen some horses/jockeys have the runs of their lives to win something everyone thought they couldnt do... except maybe that horse/jockey.
