Location: Peg-Leg Julia Grimm | They are the #1 cross on DTF. Very fast horses.
I've never had one but I hope to change that. |

| I owned a granddaughter for about 2 weeks... saddly the extremely well known large breeder grossly knowingly misrepresented the mare (ended very nasty) set up a vet check and she just didnt take her and forced the poor crippled thing on me even after we had a written agreement and i had radiographes showing she she had been crippled for some time...any way comming off my rant.
She was beautiful big and sweet...she was to crippled up so much it made it hard to really see any potential. She looked like a carbon copy of lanes lienster. |

| I am riding a granddaughter, her mom was a stakes winning daughter of Lanes Leinster. She is a one person horse, it took her a few weeks to make friends and trust me and she can get a little hot if you dont take your time with her. I could see her being easily blown up in the wrong hands. I am smitten with her and she is probably the most talented filly Ive ridden in a long time. She has a BIG motor and wants to make me happy. |

| We have three crossed with DTF lol, hard to say honestly because they're calm as a cucumber until it comes time to run, not sure which side they come from though |

Β Lanes Leinster himself was big, fast and a mean SOB until Ron and Laurie Moosman got him and Ron taught him manors. From what I have seen there were some fast ones and wanted to run. The needed to be trained properly. |

Location: Durango CO | I have a granddaughter (king of the lanes daughter). She is very very sensitive. This is good and bad. You can high lope, shift your weight and lift your hand and the mare will do a rollback so fast that you could fall off if you are not expecting it. But, if you use too much hand or leg during that rollback she will get nervous and be more reactive. She is insanely athlitic and a little on the hot side. This mare has a lean build and I often get asked if she is a TB. Overall I would say (in me experience) LL horses are fast, sensitive, lean, and a tad hot but try so so hard! |

He stands jsut a hop skip and jump from me!
I saw him this spring and LOVED him!
I bred two mares to him and expect the foals in early may.
The foals he has on the ground running already have done quite well
I'm anxious to see what I get! I expect good things.
Saw a 3 year old son of his out of a ncie Dash for Cash daughter there that they are bringing up as a potential stud prospect. |

I have a daughter of Famous Lane, who is from the Lanes Leinster/DTF cross....a very incredibly athletic horse, but needs to be handled just right...but that could come from her dam's side too. I don't think I've ever owned one with so much talent before.
Good luck!! |

I had forgot abouit King of the Lanes. My friend bred one of her really nice DTF daughters to him. That mare has produced several 1D barrel horses with good attitudes by other stallions. The KOTL colt was a puke. Tried to hurt a couple of people...had a screw loose. They got rid of him quick. |

King of the lanes has a terrible reputation here in Utah. |
