We looked at them the other day and wondering how other people like them?
Why you like or hate them?

We ruled out the the "C" series. Price wise we liked the P5? I think, not the memory foam top.

My husband and I looked at them because we like very different styles of mattress - but neither of us liked how they felt. We bought a temper-pedic (however it is spelled) and LOVE it. I thought it was crazy to spend that much on a mattress, but I'm a firm believer.

My brother and sister -in-law have a sleepnumber - and they don't recommend it. I don't know what series they bought.

I do love mine, but it is a single air chamber. When my back is giving me problems, I just raise the number and it straightens me right out. The single air chamber doesn't have all the problems that people say they have with dual air chambers.
Of course, for $1450 less, I bought an air mattress for my horse trailer at Wal-Mart that feels exactly the same.

I have had a Select Comfort air mattress for 40 years!  I even have a Sleep Number in my LQ's.  I couldn't sleep well on any other mattress.  I love the adjustability and the memory foam on top.  They are so comfy.

Have the dual chamber with the memory foam top, it is the best bed ever. Extremely comfy. Well worth the money spent. You can always adjust it depending on how you are feeling.

We HATED ours, it's in the guest room now. I always felt like I was rolling towards the middle of the bed.

Slept on one for 22 years.  No complaints except that with our old cheapie you could fill it with enough air to make it flat as a board and with the new much more expensive one it doesn't really allow you to do that.  I think that has something to do with the pillow top.

I slept on one of those Tempur-pedics (however it's spelled) one time.  I called it the concrete sponge.

Hated ours. Dual chamber but the baffle inbetween the chambers broke after 2 yrs. burned it and got a temperpedic. Love it!

I love mine.  We have had it for almost 12 years.  I have had to replace two chambers, but due to the warranty, not at full price.

I would love the new open cell memory foam bed, but not going to spend the money right now.

What do you hate about it?

I like harder beds. I can keep it at 100 and it deflates (brand new) down to anywhere from 90-80 at night. I bought a memory foam and LOVE it!

HATED IT!!!

It was like sleeping on a glorified air mattress....got a tempurpedic a year ago and will never buy another bed. Best bed I've ever slept in hands down.

Had one for several years, loved that you could adjust your bed according to each likes but ours was a dual chamber and always felt that we were rolling to the middle and sinking to the bottom!

It can take a month to get use to a temperpedic...but once you do..you will never go back.

I didn't care for the way they feel- I slept in a vacation house that only had tempur-pedics for a week, I hated it on day 1 by day 7 I was having the best sleep of my life. Tempur pedics are the best! They feel very odd at first- I'd see if you can do a trial if they do that with beds
