| Do any of you have reviews on these pads? They're kinda pricey so I want to make sure I'm getting something good but I don't have anyone around me that uses them. Any opinions are appreciated!:) |

My first pad will be 3 years old this year and still has many years left to go. When I wash it, it cleans up just like new and is just as soft as the day I bought it. Well worth the money. |

how do you wash it? i bought one used that had only been used a couple of times, but the girl's horse was grey so there is grey hair all over it. i got it super cheap and i'm afraid to wash it and mess it up lol

| I think I own 4 in varying thicknesses. I love them all. You absolutely will not be disappointed.
I pressure wash mine, you just don't get too close. But prepare for it....they take quite a while to dry out! (A couple days) Don't use soap, and don't fold it backwards over a fence. Car washes work good becacuse you can hang them up using the floor mat hangers. |

thats how i wash all my others, its just so soft and expensive (i bought it cheap but it would physically hurt me to pay for a new one lol) that i had basically decided i would deal with the grey hair haha. Grey hair, bay horse it works right? |

Location: In the Hills of Texas | I own 2 and they are the best wool pads on the market and they use the best quality wool. If you take care of them they will last for a long time while I have found other wool pads need to be replaced at least twice as fast. |

| Hands down the best. I have gotten multiple people in my barn hooked as well. Several other name brand wool pads now sit gathering dust.
I bought a Saddleright for cheap at Christmas to try it, horse hated it, sold it a week later. |

Location: Phoenix | I've tried Bayou West, Tod Slone, and Classic Equine wool pads and nothing compares to 5 Stars. They are far softer, and the best part: they have a contoured top-line so the pad doesn't pull on their withers. I normally ride in a 1" wool pad, but that ends up being a 3/4" because they compress. So I ended up getting a 7/8" and I'm very happy. Perfect thickness for someone who is used to thicker pads. |

Location: NW MT | of course, I'll go for the 5 Stars too! I am a dealer for a few different brands but they are the only ones that I use myself. They are spendier than some, but for the quality, I feel they are so worth it. We are running our Tax Refund Sale right now & are also 5 Star's designated BHW dealer, so give me a holler if you would like some pricing. You can go with a plain one or have a lot of fun customizing one! |

I bought one in '09 and have never looked back. Bought another recently for my roping saddle and loved it as well. Great Customer service as well. I asked A MILLION questions before purchasing my first one lol the poor lady on the other phone never got snippy or snooty with my younger self. I was so indecisive, she could've just said lady, either buy one or move along, but instead over an hour later I had bought my first Five Star BAHA Bless Her Heart. If their CS can handle me, they can handle anyone LOL |
